New Halloween T-shirt, baby dresses & a new minky dot dress

Just in time for fall, I've got some new designs for Halloween. I've had some requests for more unisex T-shirts, so here they are. Grace has decided to take part in the design process, she picked out the fabric for our new Minky Dot dress. This one is sure to be a hit with the four year old crowd. I've also got some cozy baby dresses made from onesies and minky dot fabric. Check out all the new stuff.

More Halloween T-shirts

I've got some great new designs for boys and girls. I'm happy to do a "boy" design on a "girl" cut top if you would like. All four of these new designs are $15.00 each. The T-shirts come in sizes XS (2T-4T), or youth S, M, or L. The girl cut tops as seen in the Candy Corn shirt come is sizes 12M, 24M/2T, 3T, & 4T. I also have some girl cut long-sleeved orange tops if you would rather have your design on a long-sleeved top. I have a limited number of girl cut tops in stock, so get your orders in quick.

New Minky Dress and Baby Dress

This new minky dress was a special request from Grace, and I think it turned out great. It has so many colors in it you can wear it with just about any shirt underneath. This dress is lined. Sizes 24m - 5T price - $35.

This is just one of the baby onesie dresses I'm starting to make. Check back for more designs. These dresses are made from a onesie. The bottom of the onesie is under the dress so no need for a diaper cover. Babies can wear the fall designs with knit pants and they will stay tucked in. Sizes Newborn - 24 months price - $15

Lulu Grace Designs Fall 2010

I've been hard at work designing some new things for fall and I think your going to love them. The knot tops are back, now with wider legs on the pants. I also have knot dresses with are fun alone or with leggings. Don't miss the minky-dot knot dress, it's the coziest dress around. Tutu's are the skirt to have this fall. Mine are extra special with color contrast hems that add durability and style. Others have been admiring my kids appliqued jeans at the pumpkin patch the last couple of years so I've decided to share them with you. I've also got some appliqued twirl skirts that are sure to be originals and t-shirts to match everything.

As always if you would like something in a different fabric than is pictured, just ask. I'd be happy to make a tutu with the black and ivory fabric featured on the knot tops, or I can make knot tops from Halloween fabric. Just ask, we can probably do it.

Knot tops and dresses

I love knot tops. They are great for growing girls. Just adjust the knots and the top is a little bigger for next year. This season I've made the pants a little fuller and the ruffles a little longer. The tops have plenty of room underneath for a turtleneck when the weather turns colder. The dresses look great alone or with tights/leggings for cooler weather. These outfits can take you from a warm September right into the cooler months. All of these sets and dresses can be made is size 24 mo - 7

Black & Ivory set - These fabrics are so classy and understated, I just love them. The top features a trim of black gross grain ribbon at the hem. price - $30

Fall Flowers set - These are some great fall fabrics. Lots of color and motion without being overstated. price - $30

Mary Engelbreit set - These are great fabrics that are fun for young girls to wear price - $30

Mary Engelbreit dress - This great little dress is made of the same fun fabric as the top and pants set. I can make a knot dress from the Black & Ivory or Fall Flowers fabric too. price - $20

Minky - Dot dress - This is a great dress for when the weather turns colder. The bodice and bottom band and made from a heavy damask fabric. The body is made from super soft minky dot fabric. This dress is lined. The turtleneck is the model's own. I had trouble getting this one off my model, it's like wearing your favorite blanket and looking stylish at the same time. price - $35

Halloween Tutu

Tutus are the hot accessory this year if you are age 5 and under. A little girl could wear this to dance class, as a Halloween costume, or even just around town. Tutus are everywhere this year.

These little tutus are fun and versatile. They are made in two pieces so you can wear the tulle "fluffy" part with or without the Halloween petal skirt. The two skirts button together so you don't need to worry about them getting separated or twisted while being worn. The unique thing about these tutus is the bottom of the tulle has been hemmed with a contrasting thread. This both adds interesting visual detail and keeps the ends of the tulle from fraying during washes. I can make these tutus in size 2t-6.

Halloween Tutu - This is a fun look for little girls. The top skirt has petals of orange witch fabric and black candy corn fabric. Orange bows accent the skirt. The tulle skirt is made from yards and yards of black tulle with orange thread finishing the hem. price - $35

Fall and Halloween tops

I've got some great t-shirts and tops for the fall. Some of these will be cute on a girl or a boy. It seems that all of the fun Halloween tops in stores are long-sleeved. That's great for much of the country but where we live it's often 70 + degrees in October. I do have some orange long-sleeved shirts ready to applique if you would prefer long-sleeves. I can do the fitted orange tops in size 18 mo - 5/6. The t-shirts are sized XS, S, M, L child's.

Ruffle pumpkin top - This is probably my favorite piece of this entire fall line. This top is made from a brown tank top. Ruffle sleeves have been added in a leaf print fabric and a pumpkin has been fashioned from orange ruffle. price - $20.

Bat top - This cute little top has two bats with google eyes and bows flying off a yellow moon. The top is created on a fitted girls top but can be done on a t-shirt too. price - $15

Ghost top - This is a fun top with a happy, fuzzy ghost created from white chenille fabric. This top is created on a t-shirt but can be put on an orange fitted top too. price- $15

denim pumpkin top - This is a great shirt to wear with jeans or one of our denim twirl skirts. The pumpkin in denim and the thread used for the applique are orange, brown, and green. This top can also be made on a t-shirt price- $15

Witch top - This is a great little shirt full of details. This sweet little witch has google eyes, ribbon hair, a hand sewn face, and a couple dozen sequin and bead sparkles on her hat. This one can also be made on a t-shirt. price - $25

Fall and Halloween denim twirl skirts

These skirts are fun and unique for fall. You can be sure she will be the only kid with one of these skirts at the pumpkin patch. Each skirt is made with light weight denim and has an elastic waist. These are "circle skirts", so they have lots of movement and are great for twirling. I can make these skirts in sizes 2T - 6.

Fall Twirl Skirt - This skirt has two lovely pumpkins appliqued on the front. A ruffle created from a great leaf print fabric is around the hem. The skirt includes a coordinating belt. price - $35

Halloween Twirl Skirt - This is a fun skirt for Halloween. It has a jack-o-lantern and two ghosts appliqued on the front and two bats appliqued on the back. A ruffle created from a candy corn print fabric is around the hem. The skirt includes a coordinating belt. price - $35

Fall and Halloween applique jeans

These jeans are so much fun and my kids get so many compliments when they wear them. Each pair is created from a pair of jeans from The Children's Place. Appliques are added, then ruffles at the hem and a coordinating belt. I can do these in any size from 6-9 months up to girls size 14. Jeans size 24 mo and up have an adjustable waist.

Although the length does look a little long on my models, the ruffles don't add any length. My models are just a little short. I can custom make your pair to be shorter than the standard jean length or up to 2 1/2 inches longer.

Fall Jeans - These cute jeans have pumpkin and leaf appliques on the front and the back. They have a double ruffle at the hem and a coordinating belt. Ribbon decorates the pockets and the hem. price - size 9 mo - 5T - $40. sizes 6 - 14 $45

Halloween Jeans - These jeans have chenille ghosts and a jack-o-lantern appliqued on the front. The word "boo" is appliqued across the seat of the jeans along with three bats on the back side. The jeans have a double ruffle at the hem and a coordinating belt. There is lots of detail here with ribbon at the hem and bows & buttons to decorate the appliques. price - size 9 mo - 5T $40. sizes 6 - 14 $45.

Christmas preview

I've got more planned for the Christmas season. I should have them posted by mid-October. Here are a couple of creations I'm ready to make for your princess. I can take orders for these anytime, no need to wait until October. Both skirts can be made is sizes 2T - 6

The Christmas tutu is designed just like the Halloween tutus. The tutu is in two pieces the frilly bottom has an elastic waist and the ends have been serged with a contrasting color, red for the Christmas tutus. The top piece has snowflake and candycane fabric and is accented with bows. The two pieces button together, so no need to worry about them "seperating" as she wears this fun skirt. Price - $35.00

The Christmas twirl skirt is also similar to the Halloween twril skirt. This is a denim circle skirt with an elastic waist. The skirt was gingerbread people appliqued on the the front and candy canes on the back. There is a ruffle made from gingerbread man fabric at the hem and a belt of the same fabric at the waist. Price - $35.00
