Tutus are everywhere this year.These little tutus are fun and versatile. They are made in two pieces so you can wear the tulle "fluffy" part with or without the Halloween petal skirt. The two skirts button together so you don't need to worry about them getting separated or twisted while being worn. The unique thing about these tutus is the bottom of the tulle has been hemmed with a contrasting thread.
